Could you please further explain your goal with HTML in detail or do you mean FTP? There are ways to install Rank Math and the common way is to download it directly from the WordPress repository.

The only way that I am able to install a plugin is using html or a script as I am not able to upload anything. Do you have an html version of the plugin?

To use Rank Math you need to install it normally via the plugin installer of WordPress by going to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New.
If you can’t install plugins like that or via file upload then we don’t have any other option to install Rank Math.
