When I submit listings on my site I keep getting alert saying my post hasnt been submitted to Bing. I’ve read through your guides and my site is verified in bing webmaster and already in Google Search Console, so I can’t import it unless, I assume if I delete it from Google search console. Can you help ?
    Thanks
    Andrew

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

When you import your verified Google Search Console website to Bing Webmaster Tools, Bing will verify your website automatically, and you don’t have to go through the process of manually verifying your website.

I’m assuming that you’re using the Bing Instant Indexing feature of Rank Math. Could you please share the error message upon submitting your listings?

You can also share the screenshot using this tool and share the link here so we can advise accordingly.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Yes I have been through all the verification process with Search console but I’m still getting these alerts. I’ll send you a screenshot next time it happens

    Kind regards

    Hello,

Assuming your website is already verified on Bing, could you please confirm if you’ve used the same account to create the API that you have used to verify the website?

Also, please check if you can manually submit the URLs for submission here:
    bing

If the issue persists, please set up the Bing Indexing API again, it is possible that you have missed some steps in setting up the plugin. This is a tried and tested method and we are certain that these instructions work.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

Just following your advice step by step, can you explain how I do this:
“confirm if you’ve used the same account to create the API that you have used to verify the website?”
I can manually submit urls but I have thousands and you can only submit 10 a day, I can’t realistically use that tool to index my site.
    Kind regards

    Hello,

The URL quota depends on the age and authority of your website. The range can be between 10 (for new websites) to even 10,000 (for old established websites).

However, please confirm that the API key that you pasted in your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Instant Indexing > Bing API Key, was generated using the same Bing Webmasters account where your website is verified.

Next, just for testing, please post a new indexing request from your Bing Webmasters account to see if that indexes properly.

Please let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

First of all when I go in to admin area > Rank Math > I have two links for ‘Instant Indexing’. Are there supposed to be two links there ?
    Kind regards

    Hello,

Yes, one is for Google and another for Bing.
