General preview in post, page show null data

    Dear Rank Math Team,
    I am using Rank math for my website, currently my General Preview is showing Null.

    I’m installing plugins: Advanced Editor, Classic Editor.

    I turned off the above plugins to switch to Gutenberg Editor, and found that the Preview item still displays normally.

    I’ve also tried disabling each plugin to see what’s causing it, but I can’t seem to figure it out. Logs on hosting also do not record any errors, so does F12

    Can you help me?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I checked and figured out that the issue is being caused by the Mega Main Menu plugin. If you disable the plugin then the meta box preview works fine.

    Please contact the support team of the plugin and inform them about the issue. They should be able to resolve this on their end as the issue is being caused by their plugin.
