I can see that the search title is different in mobile SERP if we compare it with the desktop. Do note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to show a different meta title/description for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.

I tried searching also on the desktop and they seem to have similar results. You are seeing the category title as the page is leading to the category and yet it redirects to the homepage. Please refer to my screenshot here: https://i.rankmath.com/0w2I6o

I checked your website and they seemed to be indexed properly.
Could you please head over to your Google Search Console and remove all your sitemaps there? After that, resubmit your primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).
See if Google will recognize your indexed pages after recrawling.
