    Hi, I paid for rankmath’s Professional Pricing Plan with PayPal, I can confirm that my PayPal account balance is sufficient, but after payment my PayPal bill keeps showing as pending, can you help me solve this problem?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Your payment is still showing pending from our end. We are not sure why that might be but if you have an option, please use a card instead of PayPal for faster availability of the license.

    Your payment might be held and it is possible that you are using a VPN or a proxy or there might be some other reason why our payment processor didn’t let the payment go through.
