I visited your website’s admin area and found that the redirections table was missing in the database.
I went ahead and recreated the redirections table from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Recreate Missing Database tables, and the issue is fixed. The redirections are now saving properly.
