Thank you for sharing the admin access. It looks like your server is blocking the updateMeta call which we use the update the data. Your site shows 403 errors with Block ID: EXPVH24 & Block Reason: Exploit attempt denied by virtual hardening.
I have also attached the link to a complete error log in the Sensitive data section. Please contact your hosting team and ask them to whitelist the updateMeta route that will fix the issue on your site. You can also share with them the error log link I added in the Sensitive data section.
