Sorry for the delay in answering, if I have the latest version v1.0.69.2 and the drop-down that should be opened below the entries does not open, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache of the page and it remains the same

Please clear the Rank Math transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients
Once done, clear the website and browser cache and check again.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I conducted a plugin/theme conflict troubleshooting test and I discovered that your plugin “RS Framework” is causing issues to the updated version of Rank Math.
