    Please update to the latest version (v1.0.69.1) and see if you’re able to save the focus keywords and other meta settings properly.

    Now everything works thanks. How come a popup appears to edit the snippet? It is not very user friendly

    We have converted our Metabox in the Classic editor into React for better performance and code optimization hence you are seeing the pop-up window of the snippet similar editor to the snippet editor in Gutenberg.

    A pop-up window is not good UI and totally unnecessary, you should have kept it within the page as before.
