Keywords not saved after updating to 1.0.69 - Support

Hello,

We use RankMath on several sites. Today we updated to 1.0.69 and focus keywords are not saved anymore. Everything else seems to work as usual. We didn’t change anything else on our sites.

RankMath recognizes the keywords but as soon as we hit “save draft” or “publish” they are deleted. What can be done about this? Is there a possibility to downgrade to the version we used before? Thanks for your help.

Please check if you are using a Firewall, as there are chances that it will prevent saving the data. You can check this link for more information:

Hi there, Thanks. But we didn’t change anything else, no firewall. The only thing that changed was the update of RankMath. Thanks for your link.

Just did the rollback to 1.0.68 and everything works again.

Same issue for me and I use Rankmath on a few sites. Rolling back to 1.0.68 solved it for me. But now it keeps telling me to update Rankmath before I can use pro features. (i have a paid version of pro)

I’m experiencing exactly the same thing. The latest version of RM Pro remains seems to be working fine. I have only rolled back the main RM plug-in back to 1.0.68.1, though a message appears asking me to update RM. RM saves keywords and RM-related info with 1.0.68.1, not with 1.0.69.

Thanks. To update you about this, it is not just the focus keywords. It is basically everything I write and select with Rank Math in each post I’m writing that it doesn’t get saved. Also, after a few tries, I was only seeing half of the image I picked with RM.

Thanks, but as we tried 1.0.68 works without any problems. So will just continue to use this version.
