NoIndex Appearing In Robots Meta When It’s Actually Set To Index

Could you please check if you’ve enabled/checked the “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” option from your WordPress admin area > Settings > Reading?

If yes, then please disable that option to fix the issue.

If that’s not the case, then assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
