This is a known issue which our dev team is currently working on. Rank Math is currently only able to detect images alt tags that are added on the post editor and not within page builder modules.
We are working on a closely-knit integration with page builders and you can expect this to be addressed in a future update.
PS: The failed score is only a reference point on the back end of your site and will not affect your overall SEO.
