Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Could you please check if the Ping Search Engines option is enabled or not by heading over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap settings

Could you please ping Google to re-crawl your sitemap by using this link?
This will tell Google to add the sitemap to the list it needs to crawl. Then wait a couple of weeks and see if Google is able to correctly fetch all the sitemaps on your website.
You can also monitor the last time Google crawled your sitemap on your Google Search Console and see if it updates when it crawls the file.
