Unfortunately, our support scope does not extend to TeamViewer sessions.
500 errors are server errors, could you please get in touch with your host and seek their help in checking the kind of errors that are reported on the error log?
Also, as you have changed the webserver, you will have to reconfigure the Instant Indexing plugin.
Please set up the plugin again. That should fix the issue.
If the issue persists, it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
