Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please login to your website with FTP and see if in the wp-content/plugins directory, these plugins are present.
If not, then please entirely clear your website and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Thanks for the response. The Youtube Embed Plus is there but the others are not.
I have cleared the browser and website chache. No joy. They are still listed.
Hello,
Could you please confirm if there are deactivate/remove options available on those plugins on the plugin list page?
If yes, then you can remove them to fix this issue.
It is recommended to take a backup of your entire website at the current stage.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
They do not appear on the plug in list page at all. They were deactivated and removed some time ago (in some cases).
Hello,
Could your please share some screenshots of the issue using a tool like imgur.com as it’ll help us understand the insights of the issue?
We might need to take a closer look at the issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
