Hi
I migrated my website from yoast to rank math 2 weeks ago, and from that date analytics stopped showing traffic.I followed your guide while migrating and did all the steps.
How can I fix this? Thank you

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Maybe I didn’t explain it right, I don’t see the data in Google analytics also.for example if I go into the website, and than check google analytics > realtime – I don’t see any traffic.
No traffic is shown anywhere else, but in realtime it’s easier to check.
It worked fine until the migration so there might be something not configured right between rank math and google?
I did the steps you mentioned, didn’t help.
Hello,
I apologize for the issue.
I checked your website’s page source and the Analytics tracker code is not installed. Please refer to my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
Please ensure that you have set up your Google analytics in Rank Math and also do make sure that you have installed the code. You can check that under Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics. Please refer to this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/02QvFF
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
I have google site kit installed. could that be the problem?
because that section says “Enable this option only if you are not using any other plugin/theme to install Google Analytics code.” so i ignored it 😅Hello,
I have checked your website source code and still not able to find it, Could you please clear the cache from your caching plugin and check if you are able to see the code inside your website source code?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
cleared. I can see it on my side
Hello,
I am still not able to see it; It looks like you can only see it, and that’s a little strange, Because I have even checked with some other online tool, and they are still not able to detect it.
Could you please log out and check if you can see it? If you cannot see it, try to disable the caching plugin from your website to verify if that is causing the issue.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
I disabled the cache plugin, opened it in incognito mode, I still see the tag.

in case this happens to anybody else:If you host your website on Cloudways and use Breeze cache plugin, in the ‘Advanced’ tab, disable ‘group files’ of JS.
Thanks guys for all the help. awesome support!
