Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I checked the focus keywords with Google Trends, Google might not have enough data for the trends to be shown for these keywords which is why the Trends data is not showing in Rank Math.
On your second website, please ensure that you have installed and activated the PRO plugin and the website is connected to your Rank Math PRO account.
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
Hello Anas! Thank you so much for trying to help me out but functionality it didn’t work form my first question that Rankmath do not show the google trends result as on the graph, I tried almost 50 referents focus keyword but no any result. I even tried to use the keyword in your demo video from youtube as if can show any result but didn’t work too.
I upgraded to rankmath pro as one of the main reason to see the target I have chosen is good and if there is any traffic on that keyword. But foe not showing a result is real disappointing now. Is there any other way you could me please? On my second question on the website that I used Elementor to create with. Can you please navigate me how to get to the google trends icon please? I’m not able to see the google trends icon from elementor page builders. my both websites are well connected with rankmath pro.
Hello,
Could you please conduct a plugin/theme conflict test and see if the issue with regards to Google trends goes away? Please follow this handy troubleshooting guide to identify the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
As for your second issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I logged into your website’s admin areas but I was unable to replicate the issue. The Google trends integration is working properly on both websites.
Please have a look at the screencasts in the sensitive data section of this ticket and confirm it on your end.
Regarding Elementor, I was able to replicate the issue on your website https://hts*****is.com/, the trends icon is not displayed.
I tried to test for a plugin/theme conflict to see if there is any plugin/theme causing the issue, but the Health Check troubleshooting plugin is also not working properly on your website. Upon enabling the troubleshooting mode, no plugins are getting activated.
Also, I noticed that you’re using the developers (beta) version of Elementor but you’ve not updated Elementor PRO to the latest version (Beta). Please update it and see if you’re able to find the trends icon within Elementor.
Please have a look at this screenshot, which shows the exact position of the trends icon in Elementor: https://i.rankmath.com/RFm1fi
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
