  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    1. I checked your robots.txt file and it seems it is showing a wrong configuration. Please head over to Rank Math > General Settings > Edit robots.txt and leave it empty for Rank Math to generate a standard configuration of robots.txt.

If that won’t work, then please check if you have a static robots.txt file present in your website directory or FTP and delete it.

    2. This is related to server issue, please contact your hosting provider as they are in a better position to fix this issue.

    3. Upon checking your sitemap page, it seems to be loading fine. Please check this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/w5hoOV

Can you please follow these steps?
Step 1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

Step 2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Step 3. Remove all your sitemap/s from Google Search Console and submit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).

Let me know how it goes. We are looking forward to helping you.
