How to remove Meta Title And Description

    I installed rankmath at my Optimizepress website but it messed up google snippets and started to show weird words therefore I decided to uninstall the plugin but following meta codes still remains on each page

    and adding of following filter in functions has not helped at all
    add_filter( ‘rank_math_clear_data_on_uninstall’, ‘__return_true’ );

    Please help me and let me know how can I remove meta tags written by RankMath it has messed up my whole site , thanks

    First of all, we are so sorry to see you go. Is there a particular reason you decided to remove Rank Math and not use it anymore?
    ​
    Regarding the issue, have you cleared your cache already? If you are using a WP plugin to cache your website, you can clear the cache and try again. If you are using server cache, do make sure that is cleared too. If you are using CloudFlare, Flush the cache there as well.
    ​
    ​Then, please try again in an incognito window to rule out that your browser cache is coming into play here.
    ​
    ​Let us know how it goes. Once you deactivate Rank Math – there is no way these tags can be added to your page’s source. This has to be due to the cache.

    I removed it because it is not compatible with Optimizepress

    Also I wasn’t using any cache plugin the issue was that your plugin uninstall routine doesn’t work properly I had to manually delete all the traces of your plugin from database only then I was able to got rid of this horrible plugin.
