    Rank Math free

    Hi dear support,

thank you for your great plugin. Unfortunately Google Analytics data is not shown in the backend, even thought Rankmath shows it is connected correctly,

    see here:
    https://ibb.co/BfThvJC
    https://ibb.co/51K2b2S

Why is it showing “0” everywhere , in google analytics it is showing visitors.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please follow the steps below to manually retrieve the data from Google:

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

We are looking forward to helping you.

It works, thank you very much 🙂
Will there be a fix for the error I posted nayhow on the next update?

I dont know if this is linked but the debug.log gives me the following error:
[16-Jul-2021 08:20:51 UTC] PHP Notice Undefined index: sitemap in /home/ashwagan/domains/holistic-med.ch/public_html/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/modules/analytics/google/class-console.php on line 128

    Hello,

I am glad that this helped you.

Is the error still appearing? Could you try disabling and re-enabling the Analytics module under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules? If that won’t work then we need to further investigate this over your admin dashboard as we can’t seem to replicate this error on our end.

With that said, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need our assistance with anything else. Thank you.
