  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I checked your sitemap and it is working fine. In the screenshot that you have shared the last crawl date is 6th May, which means Google hasn’t crawled the affected page again. Can you please share the affected URL in the sensitive data section so we can check?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The URL that you have shared is your site’s page sitemap. I have checked it and it is working fine.

It is completely normal for the sitemap files to be set to No Index since you do not want them to be indexed on SERPs.

The sitemaps are intended to be crawled by the search engines but they are not to be indexed/displayed on the search results and hence the sitemaps are kept as No Index.

Also, setting the sitemap to No Index does not, in any manner prevent, the sitemaps from getting crawled by the search engine bots.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.
