As mentioned in the troubleshooting guide that you shared in your first post, you must exclude the sitemaps of Rank Math from your caching plugin.
Sitemaps are regularly updated based on users’ activity, hence they should never get cached by a third-party caching plugin/service.

i dont have any caching plugin. only a plugin to clear the wordpress cache by default
