Hi, with Rich snippets activated the data is now appearing on the actual page of my custom posts. If I disable the module it disappears. Using Elementor to build the Event template.

    Hello,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

The preview of your review is added in accordance with the Google guidelines which suggest that a webmaster should show the schema to the users as well as to the bots.

If you show it to just the bots, you run the risk of getting removed from the rich snippets program. That is the reason it is being added to the frontend.

Although we do not recommend removing it from the frontend – Rank Math allows you to take full control of your SEO. You can follow this link to remove the Review Display from the frontend.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I’m still not clear why a review is showing in the page? it’s just an events post. A preview isn’t showing in any of my other events posts e.g. https://berniemarsden.com/event/january-blues-festival-bernie-marsden/

    Hi Darren,

    Thanks for the follow up.

The Events schema contains a rating field option as shown below that is causing the need to display the editor rating schema on the frontend:

I hope this info helps. Thank you.
