I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you have some outdated plugins including Rank Math and WooCommerce. Since we don’t have an access to your FTP, please update them to the latest version and see if the issue persists.
Also, when the WooCommerce module is enabled in the Rank Math dashboard, Rank Math automatically adds the noindex to the robots meta of myaccount, checkout, and cart pages. In this case, you can check if there are any plugins adding these pages’ functions to your products.

I have updated all plugins and tried to find any other plugin that might be causing this problem but could not find one. I uninstalled Rankmath plugin and automatically got fixed.
Just installed another SEO Plugin to check, now everything is working fine. I don’t know what is happening. Btw I don’t want to switch to another SEO plugin from Rankmath

Upon checking with the “Health Check & Troubleshooting,” I have found that the plugin “Buy Now Button for WooCommerce” is causing the noindex issue. You can confirm the same by disabling the plugin. Since your website is live, I haven’t disabled the plugin for now.
