    Hi, for some reason, my page sitemap is showing blank. I have three sitemaps and the page-sitemap.xml is the only one with the issue.

    What I have tried:
    – Debugging plugins
    – Flush permalink cache
    – configure the caching plugin (Swift) to exclude sitemap like this
    /(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
    /(.*)sitemap.xsl
    /sitemap_index.xsl
    /sitemap_index.xml

    Not sure what the problem is. I’d appreciate help please.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hi, I did try the troubleshooting mode but the issue is replicated in the first step, which is enable Rank Math while troubleshooting. I switched to the WordPress 2020 default theme just to make sure and yep, it’s RM.

    Huh, that’s so weird. I even tried logging in with that same account but worked fine. I just changed new credentials one more time for it. Please check and let me know. Thanks

    Hello,

    I checked and figured out that the issue was being caused by an unsupported special character that was being added to the title of one of the images:

    I have removed the character and now your sitemap is working fine.

    Please check and confirm.
