Hi, i have having problems with the Analytics not showing.

i have tried to delete the plugin, flush the plugin, disconnect and reconnect and nothing works.

when I did a manual fetch, the Analytics will show, for the duration of the fetch. Once the fetch is over, the stats are all 0 again.

    Appreciate if you could help.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I tried manually fetching the data from the scheduled actions and the data still shows 0 after the fetching is complete.

After further checking, it looks like you don’t have the Rank Math’s Analytics database table on your website. Re-creating the table won’t solve the issue as well so allow me to pass this one to our developers for further investigation.

We should get back to you with a solution shortly.

    Thank you.

Hi, is there any updates on this?

    Hello,

The Analytics data seems to be “sticking” now on your website as we did an import of the data and after completion, the data remained in the Analytics module while there were no more pending tasks to import the data apart from the scheduled one that runs every week:
    Scheduled tasks

Please check the video in the sensitive data section where we run through all this and show the data correctly populated.

Hope this helps solve your issue.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

hello, thank you for resolving this.

I’m just curious, what was causing the non population of data?

    Hello,

We tested all the settings related to Rank Math, your database collation, and your Google Services connection and couldn’t pinpoint the exact issue, but this is most likely one temporary issue that fixed itself.

The data was always importing properly but it didn’t sit in the database for long and it was cleared immediately after finishing.

If you have a plugin to do some database clean up automatically you could also look into the settings of that to see if there’s something that can cause a similar issue like this.

If you have any other questions or require any further assistance don’t hesitate to get in touch.

unfortunately, the fix didn’t last. I did a manual fetch and I’m back to no data again.

kinda sad as I really liked the plugin interface.

    Hello,

I tried logging in to your website but the login link seems to have expired.

Also, note that it takes 20 minutes to fetch fresh data from Google.

Please wait and check the Analytics page again.

If the issue persists, please share a new login link and FTP credentials so we can check further.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Thanks for sharing the login link. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I deleted the old imported data and started a fresh data fetch. The data has started to show up in the Analytics Dashboard:

Please check and confirm. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hi Jaideep, you should probably have read the previous posts in this thread.
The issue is not the retrieval of data from a fetch but making the data stay.
as of now it’s still empty. and yes i know i can see the data when i do a fetch. But it’s a bit silly to keep on fetching when ever i want to see my stats.

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I apologize for the confusion. Please share your FTP details in the sensitive data section so we can have a closer look and resolve the issue.

    Looking forward to helping you.
