    Hi, I installed Rank Math a few days ago on our website, and everything was working fine. We were getting reported data in the dashboard etc until yesterday.

    Now looking at the dashboard for analytics etc, everything is just grayed out and there is no data whatsoever.

    The SEO scoring in posts etc is still working.

    I have attempted to reconnect database, run the setup wizard again but to no avail.

    Can you please help as I would rather use your plugin than go back to Yoast?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK

    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF

    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    Should I leave some sort of gap between these procedures as I currently show a message Post re-index in progress?

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

    You can start the manual data fetch just after rebuilding the index. It won’t affect the process. You will just have to wait for some time while the data is being fetched after following all the steps.

    Let us know if the data shows up or not after following all the steps.

    Hello,

    After looking on your website we were able to correctly access the Analytics dashboard and see the graphics and data present in there.

    See the video in the sensitive data section.

    If you still can’t see this on your end please try to clear your browser cookies and cache and access the website again.

    Hope this helps solve your issues.
