Focus Keyword in Subheading not working

    Hello,

I just finished my first post by using RankMath. Even though I used the Focus Keyword in two of my H2 Headings, RankMath tells me that the Focus Keyword was not found in the subheadings and thus it’s not getting a green checkmark.

Also: When I add the post title as the Focus Keyword why is it appearing in yellow and not in green?

Thank you for your help in advance.

    Best regards,
    Mawi

    Hello Michael,

thank you for your very fast response.

That’s what I already did. I cleared the cache and this could unfortunately not fix the issue. The Focus Keyword still not found in the subheadings and also still appearing in yellow.

Any idea on how to solve?

    Thank you and kind regards,
    Mawi

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

We are still working on deeper integration with page builders and thus this could be a compatibility issue between our content analysis tool and Fusion.
Please note that this will not affect your actual on page SEO since the keyword actually exists on the sub headings.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

    thank you for the information.

Thank you for letting me know that it will work though. Would be great if your plugin works with page builder properly thus I really appreciate your work on that.

The other issue still unreplied: When I add the post title as the Focus Keyword why is it appearing in yellow and not in green?

    Best regards,
    Mawi

    Hi Mawi,

    Thanks for the response.

We are happy for your support for the product πŸ™‚
In regards to the other question, the focus keyword will a red color code when it does not pass the rest of the on page tests ie for example it does not appear in the content.
You will need to add more keywords that directly appear in the post content, permalink, description to change this color and attain a higher score.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

I have the same issue regarding the Focus Keyword in many of my pages for my H2 Headings, RankMath tells me that the Focus Keyword was not found in the subheadings and thus it’s not getting a green checkmark. Do you know when we can expect a fix on this one?
