It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
However, for initial troubleshooting, you can check if this issue is a plugin/theme conflict on your site. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
