404 problem for main domain

    Hi,

    My main domain address hits the 404 monitor serval times each day.
    I have checked from my end that there is no problem with the main domain, could you check why? and how can I solve it?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please enable advanced reporting by heading over to Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor and select the “Advanced Mode” as shown below:

    This should help you identify the referrer URI of this error.

    Do note if you notice other 404s on that stats page, you will notice they are all relative.

    So, when you see a 404 on your main domain name, that actually means someone or a bot is also trying to access your website at https://example.com/
    ​
    ​You can simply ignore this 404 and go about your day 🙂
