Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Pagelayer-Template(in the post types) and disable the Include Sitemap option. This will exclude the pagelayer-template-sitemap.xml from the main sitemap.

You seem to have the entry:leadelete.com/pagelayer-template-sitemap.xml within your sitemap. This means that this is a post type within your website. If not then you must have added this with some custom option with a filter code.
Could you please clarify this issue.
Also, you can also exclude such a URL to prevent Google from crawling it using the robots.txt file. You can use the line: Disallow: /*?*. However, there would be no need to re-invent the wheel while there is an option to do so in the settings.
