It seems like that you are not using Rank Math for jobs.yourdomain.com. The Schema is not being added by Rank Math and it doesn’t include an image field and I am also not able to see the details of your LocalBusiness schema. Please check the settings of the plugin that you are using to add the JobPosting and LocalBusiness Schema.

I am running a job website where we used to post vacancies on behalf of companies. We used to posts 20 posts/ day. What I observed that image logo in job cart is showing for few companies and missing for others companies. More over I observed that it is missing for mid-small size companies & images with dull quality. I don’t know how far I am right with my observation. I would like ask that is there any factors for image logo in schema like company sizes & quality. Please guide how to fix tha so that image logo will featured for every job post.

Am assuming you mean the image logo being featured on every job listing of your site on Google search. Usually, Google uses the same logo for your job postings as the image shown in your company’s Knowledge Graph card if only you have not defined it in the schema.
Google will pick the best logo to display in search results, whether it’s the knowledge panel logo or the hiringorganization logo.
For JobPosting structured data, the image width and height ratio is recommended to be between 0.75 and 2.5. Just ensure you are within the logo image guidelines and Company logo guidelines from Google.

I f I am not following the logo guidelines then how logo image is coming for many job posts. If I consider the percentage then 30% job posts is featuring in google search with image logo & 70% without image logo.

Please help. I want that every images should show on search result. Making images takes time & effort and after that if it is not shows…..means total effort are going into vein.

Thank you for getting back to us.
Upon checking your page which does not seem to be showing the logo on the Google SERPs, I have gone ahead and tested it using the rich results tool and noticed that everything is correct. See screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/dzipf8.
You have also defined the logo using as expected using the hiringOrganization.logo property.
Since the code from Rank Math verifies with the Google rich results correctly, there is nothing much we can do, as Google has the final say to determine if it shows all the schema data or not.
