Polylang is not yet compatible with Rank Math. The reason you are having the issue is because translated URL canonical is not similar to the translated page URL. You can check the canonical use this tool to check your canonical URL: https://sitechecker.pro/canonical-url/

so i have to move from rank math to yoest againt beacause of this their is any way i can solve this problem without remove rankmath

Thank you for getting back to us.
With Rank Math, we do not handle the hreflang tag. We rely on your multi-language plugin to do that. If there is a mismatch between the two, make sure the same language is declared in the HTML lang attribute and in “hreflang” for the page.
If you still want to change your canonical URLs, you can edit the individual translated pages and change this under the Advanced tab of the Rank Math meta box.

@Tuomas Rank Math is not yet fully compatible with Rank Math as it’s not also listed in our list of compatible plugins here:

However, there are a number of users who use it alongside Rank Math. If you’re not experiencing such issues, then you can freely use both on your site.
