site name is in title – even it’s not in the code

    I’m a new here, before as most of the people I used Yoast…
    so, today I installed it on one of my sites but the site name is appear at the beginning of all my titles!!

    For example
    site name | My title

    Instead
    My title

    The code in blog posts seems fine, I inserted the title manually but still the site name is appear in the code and as meta title.

    Do you know why? I need an answer asap…
