The sitemaps seem to be loading fine on our end. (Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section)
I was able to log in to your website but the access seems to be limited.
Please provide admin-level access so we can check the settings.
Alternatively, you can try excluding the sitemap from caching by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, clear your website cache and remove all the sitemaps from the search console and submit the sitemap_index.xml again.
