Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
Rank Math should be able to work smoothly with WP All Import just like Yoast when migrating data that is assigned to posts since this data is saved in custom fields in the same way.
You will need to map the custom fields names used by Rank Math to WP All Import before the import as described on this tutorial:

The only problem will come in when migrating taxonomy data since Yoast has a dedicated addon from WP All Import but this is not yet available for Rank Math.
