I checked and validated your sitemap and everything seems to be fine from my end too.
The most common cause of this issue is aggressive caching on the server/site that causes the search engine not to load the file the expected format.
Please purge your page cache and then check if that fix the issue.
You can also try the below steps:
1. Remove all the Sitemaps from your Google Search Console
2. Submit only one having this URL structure:
https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml

Could you please confirm you have removed all the sitemaps and submitted only one (sitemap_index.xml) sitemap file? If you haven’t please kindly do that and wait for google to index the sitemap.

I’ve checked the sitemaps and as my colleague mentioned, the sitemaps are loading properly. I also tested the sitemap with the Sitemaps Validator Tool and there were no issues detected.
As you’re not getting the error details, I suggest you clear your website’s cache and wait for Google to re-crawl your website and see if the issue gets fixed.
