As part of our troubleshooting, let’s check this by first heading over to the Redirection Options inside Rank Math and check the list of all the redirections that have been created.
Please check if any of the below lists is the issue:
1. Do all the redirections look right?
2. Can you see if there are any blank redirections?
3. Is there a redirection where the source and the destination are the same? This can cause infinite loops.
4. Do the redirects used the correct format?
5. Are there a lot of redirects to files or weird locations that you don’t recognize? This could be another plugin issue.

I had 10 redirections and they were all set to inactive before this was happening, as I set the redirects to occur on the NGINX server-side. I disabled the module for redirections, but don’t know if this resolves the issue. I don’t know why all of a sudden it started happening with the latest update to Rankmath.
