  • Hello,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hey,

The Instant indexing API will tell Google to index a certain page or post. It’s up to Google to decide whether to crawl the site or not.

We’ve mentioned this in the plugin’s FAQ section:
    null

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Not expecting this reply after investigating of 4 days…..

What about look? Crawl log and crowl setting..

    Hi There,

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

To check if the site has been crawled, you can check on your server access logs.

    Hope this helps.

Means my site has not been crawled for last one week so how new content showing on Google ?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

Unfortunately, as pointed out earlier we do not have much control over when Google will crawl your site, this could take hours or even weeks.

If you wish, as an alternative, you could delete your current sitemap and resubmit a new one on the GSC.
Please get in touch with your host and have them clear any serverside cache and to bypass this sitemap index from their cache.

You should then wait for 48 hours and check again whether there will be a change.

Let me know how this goes. Thank you.

    Hi,

I think we are not on the same page here.

What crawl log and settings are you looking for?

Perhaps a screenshot will help us understand better.

Also, as mentioned on the guide for the Instant Indexing API – this API officially only works for JobPosting and LiveStream websites. It might work on others but there is no guarantee. So, that’s a point to consider too when your posts and indexed with the help of this API.
