I had the same issue because of a ’ in <title> of the xsl file.
I had to change the <title><?php echo esc_html( $title ); ?></title> to <title><?php echo html_entity_decode( $title ); ?></title> in includes/modules/sitemap/sitemap-xsl.php

Hi,
It looks like it’s a cache issue.
On inner pages, the sitemap is showing the All In One SEO sitemap.
Please clear the website and server cache and check again.
