The sitemap is blank because of a known issue with Gravity Forms 2.5.4. Gravity Forms team has already resolved this issue in the latest version, please update your Gravity Forms to the latest version 2.5.5 to fix the issue.
After confirming that the sitemap is working fine then remove all your previously submitted sitemaps from GSC and resubmit your main sitemap_index.xml. Wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.

The problem comes from the plugin WPMeteor. With the version 2.0.5, it’s ok.
