Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please confirm if you have enabled the Install Analytics Code in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics? Or are you already using a different plugin to install the Analytics code to your website?
Please also share your website for us to check. You can add it in the sensitive data section
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
Yes, I have analytics enable and configured. The website is https://www.corporateshields.comThank you ,
HectorHello,
Thank you for getting back to us.
So long as you have installed and connected rank Math to Google Analytics it should be able to track all traffic from your site.
Kindly check if you have another GA tracking plugin or if your theme has the functionality to add the universal tracking code to which you have added.
If this is not the case, please make sure that you have enabled the option to install analytics code here: https://i.rankmath.com/wMclPP. Else do not enable this option if you have another plugin tracking your site or installing this code.
Please do let us know how this goes and we will get back to you.
Yes I have that option enabled and have verified all the settings. The rankmath dashboard also doesn’t show any analytics activity. Everything is at zero
Hello,
Please follow the steps below, if you are unable to see any data on the analytics page of the Rank Math:

2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.We really look forward to helping you.
