Author Archive Not Detecting by Rankmath

    Hi

    I’m using GeneratePress, Elementor PRO to build my website.

    Everything seems to be working except the author’s page.

    Rank math not detecting the author page. So, not title and description.

    Additionally, when I went to the footer of the author archive page, I saw a PHP warning! I have attached the screenshot and warning in the sensitive field.

    Note: When I deactivate Rankmath, default author page title, and description coming. The warning also disappears!

    My post URL permalink is site.com/blog/post-name

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Hello,

    I see the issue on your site but I couldn’t reproduce it on my setup even after importing the Settings from your site. Can you please add some temporary FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section so we can try changing some files to find the source of the issue?

    Hello,

    I updated the code in /wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/class-user.php file on your site, which seemed to have fixed the issue. Can you please confirm?
