Pinterest Pin Descriptions – Clarity & Troubleshooting

I have Rich Pins enabled successfully, BUT all of my pins are pulling the pinterest description from just my blog post TITLE. This is a problem for every single one of my posts.

In my settings, my Rich Snippet headline is set as the title, but I did some troubleshooting to confirm that it is NOT pulling from the Rich Snippet headline. It has to be pulling from the blog title itself.

What makes it further perplexing is that if I pin using the Tailwind tool, it DOES properly pull my pinnable description from my alt text description.

How can I get my Rich Pin descriptions to populate successfully? I have searched the boards and I found some other tickets where people had issues with Rich Pins, but none with a successful resolution to the ticket.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Are you currently using the Tailwind tool? Could you share with me a screenshot of the page with the wrong title? I just validated the page from here https://developers.pinterest.com/

Kindly check and let me know.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
