    The company’s product conflicts with Gravity Forms
    And it also conflicts with 10web…
    Gravity Forms site map is not available

    10web hosting the website results in the inability to enter the website background

    But I love using your plug-in, can you help me deal with it?

    I also plan to buy products….
    If there are more conflict plug-ins in the future, I am quite worried..

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Gravity Forms has already released an update with the fix for the sitemap issue. Please update your Gravity Forms to the latest version 2.5.5 and the issue with the sitemap will be resolved.

    For the issue with 10Web hosting, can you please record and share a screencast of the issue with us so we can check and assist you further? You can use a tool like https://loom.com/ to record the screencast.
