Please get in touch with your site admins and ask them for the email ID used to purchase the paid version of the plugin.
We’re asking this, since, Rank Tracker is a paid feature and the account you’ve used to post this ticket doesn’t seem to have a paid subscription.

Please head over to the WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math Business account and see if the issue is fixed.
