After troubleshooting the URL you gave us, The Schema itself appears fine, but the contentUrl is throwing a 404 error (The link is not a valid video link. Please kindly fix that.

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that the URL you have provided is not showing there.
For initial troubleshooting, please make sure that your sitemap is not cached. Please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:

Upon checking the article page that you have shared above, I have noticed that you have used the video schema. Moreso, I have gone ahead and tested the page on the rich results page and there seems to be no issue found on it. Please see this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/XoXUmC
As I can see on your previous screenshots, there is some video snippet that does appear in the Google All-Section. Well, having it appears there might not be fully related to the schema though it is also considered.
If most or all of the videos can be found on the videos tab in the search results then this would be an issue on your content. The video is probably not the primary content of the page. The video is “added on” as a bonus, of sorts, instead of being the primary content.
It makes sense for Google to not want to show a video snippet when what the user gets is actually textual or image content, with the video being only a tiny portion of the page.
Google still doesn’t understand the video itself, so it needs some content around the video to understand what the video is about.
This issue could be caused if your site/page isn’t strong enough to rank with even a text result. You need to optimize the video post for your target keyword and link from the content post to the video result.
That way you will be able to boost your own video result into the search results, as ranking with a video tends to be easier than ranking with a text result.

This could also be a reason for Google not having your videos on the All tab section. However please also be aware that it’s all about Google’s decision to get your videos on the SERPs, and our plugin does not have control over that neither does any other SEO plugin for that matter.
All you need to do is ensure that there is quality content and give the users what they need.

If this page is visited by a user via a search engine, the user is not able to see any embedded video within the page.He/she has to click a link in order to go to the video.
The same case applies to search bots, they do not see any embedded video within this section which is why there Google may as well be hesitant to display them on SERPs as well.
Please try to ensure as much as you give content about the video ensure that it is also well visible to the users and search engines as well.
