Unfortunately, this plugin is not currently recognized for direct Rank Math import. You can try one of the following options:
Option 1: You can try using a third-party redirection plugin supported by Rank math and see if this may allow importing the redirections. If it allows so, import to this then use Rank math to import from here. This should only be done once and if the redirections are imported successfully you can remove the others.
Option 2: If the above doesn’t work you can check plugin allows export to CSV. If it does, you can import the exported CSV to a redirection plugin supported by Rank math then import to Rank math from this plugin.
