If you have already added the common keywords in your page’s title & description then please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Flush the SEO Analysis Data. And Run the SEO Analysis again.

I tested your website using our External SEO Analyser and also checked your website’s source, I was unable to find the common keywords in the title or description of your Homepage.

You can add the common keywords in your homepage’s title and description to fix the issue.
