    Hello
I have problem. I integrated plugin with two domains. In the first domain I didn’t have problem, but I have problem with second domain. When I ticked “Publish/update” and click on “Send to API” I receive “Error undefined”. I did all correct that same as with first domain. What is wrong?

    Hello again,please look my screenshot.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

This error may occur when you try to submit URLs from of another website for indexing. Make sure that you are trying update, remove, or check status of URLs that are on the same domain as the one you are initiating the requests from.

Please check if you have missed some steps inside your website. For that, follow the link below:

If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

I have created everything all over again. Same…

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Upon checking your website, I just noticed that you have not installed the Rank Math plugin. Usually, it works best with the plugin.

Also could you please provide the translated screenshots of the steps you carried out here. That way we will be able to give more recommendations on this issue.

You can also follow this complete tutorial we have created:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEmcwCc73Mc

I hope that helps. We are looking forward to helping you more.

I don’t have this plug on any page. I have two sides. One is fine and the other is not. I gave the data to the second one.

    On second website:
When I update qty my products in WooCommerce show me any problem:”A fatal error has occurred on the site. Additional instructions are included in the message sent to the website administrator’s e-mail address.”

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

We wanted to further check your website, but it seems that the login information is not working as it keeps showing every time I enter the credentials. Could you please check?

I’ve attached a screencast in the sensitive data section.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
